Cason's Easter outfit just came in, so, we had a little photo shoot. It was a lot more fun for me than it was for him. He looks so cute in his little preppy outfit. I can't wait for Easter. I noticed a couple of days ago when he was lying on his back underneath his rainforest jungle gym that he was holding his head straight up to look at the lights flashing. He's never been able to do that before. He always had to look to one side or the other because he didn't quite have the strength to look straight up. That was pretty exciting to see how he is advancing. I've also noticed that he is a lot more alert and turns his head to noises now. When he's on his belly he still gets those legs going like he really wants to crawl, and he will sometimes scoot forward. He's just getting so big, I can't believe it.


You guys won't believe this....Cason is sleeping in his own bed!!! He's such a big boy, isn't he? I say that like he's the one that needs positive reinforcement, when we all know I'm the one that needs it. LOL Chris and I have thrown around the idea for the last couple of weeks, but when it got time for bed I always put him in the pack and play in our room. He still isn't sleeping for any more than 5 hours so we thought it might help for him to have his own space. Chris put him in his bed for the first time Tuesday night while I was at work. He said he knew he had to do it that way or it would never get done. He knows me well. :-) Cason did good, slept for about 5 hours. Hey, as long as we don't regress I'm good. I think I just need to be more patient. I'm just always afraid we are doing something wrong...we are new at this. Cason really does sleep well in his bed, though, and I'm adjusting. It's so different for him to be clear across the house. He's so big.


Well, we are on standby to meet miss Carley Marie. Carrie, my sister-in-law is scheduled to be induced Tuesday. We are so anxious to see what Carley looks like. We can't wait. I will post pics asap. Everyone please pray for the health of both Carrie and Carley during the labor and delivery.
