Merry Christmas!!!

Merry Christmas everyone. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas this year. As most of you already know, I was a bit worried that Cason would make his grand entrance on Christmas, but thank goodness he is holding off. We are 38 weeks pregnant now. We went to the doctor yesterday and she "swept" my membranes. Basically she separated my membranes from the cervix, which will sometimes make women go into labor. It was a little uncomfortable, but it sounds way worse than it is. LOL. Dr.Jordan said there was no change in my cervix...still 1-2cm and 50% effaced. I guess it's better than nothing, but I was a little saddened that there had been no change. I am still having contractions every day, but they are continuing to stay the same strength. Dr.Jordan asked us if we wanted to be induced next week if he still hadn't come. I'm so on the fence about it. Of course, my type A personality loves the idea of it because it is all planned out...however, I would love to go through the process of actually going into labor. So, we aren't sure. She wanted to see us next Tuesday to check me again and then schedule the induction whenever at the end of the week. If we decide to be induced, I think we will choose to go in Friday night and start everything Saturday morning. I will definately keep everyone posted. Well, I guess that's it for now. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Can't wait to find out what you're going to do! Personally, I loved the induction. It was nice to have it all done so orderly and no one freaking out. I'll be thinking about and stalking your blog to hear what happens. =)
