Wow, we are 27 weeks pregnant now...only 13 to go. (bottom 2 pics...top 2 pics are on our anniversary when I was 24 weeks) It just seems so crazy. We are getting so anxious. We are painting the room this weekend, so I will hopefully be posting pics of it soon. I sat down the other day and started going through our schedules until he arrived and found out we have something going on just about every weekend. It's going to go by so fast. He moves around so much, especially from 11:00pm on. I wake up all the time now to him kicking or rolling around in there. Every once in a while, he will get a pretty good kick on my bladder that definately wakes me up. I kind of have mixed feelings about feeling him kick so much because I get a little claustrophobic for him. I feel like he's stuck and just needs room. I hate being enclosed in tight places so I hate it for him. I know it's completely different and he's fine in there, but I can't help but feel sorry for him. I've started having crazy dreams about my water breaking at very inopportune times like when I'm bending down to start an IV on a patient and when we are 3 hours away at Mark and Carla's. Can you tell I have control issues? I don't do well in situations when I don't know when, where, why and how things are going to happen. That's the type A nurse in me. :)

So, I got the stupid dark line (linea nigra) AND my belly button has popped out. I hate it. I was really hoping to avoid those things, but what can I do? I just feel like by huge outie belly button is a huge target that says "LOOK AT ME and my abnormal self." I did put a bandaid over it the other day at work and it helped to hide it pretty well, so, I will definately be using that. Other than that I haven't had many other problems. I've been so lucky through this entire pregnancy. I try not to stress or complain too much because after all it is for just 9-10 months and I get a precious baby boy out of the deal. I can do anything for that.
